Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination, package size, weight, and selected shipping method, and will be displayed on your final invoice. Custom Orders

All of our Bench Memorials are custom-designed and manufactured specifically for each customer. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once a design proof has been approved and production has begun. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after production has started, except as required by applicable law.

Proof Approval

Before production begins, you will receive a digital proof for review. It is your responsibility to carefully verify all names, dates, inscriptions, artwork, photographs, and layout. By approving your proof, you acknowledge that all information is correct and authorize us to begin manufacturing. We are not responsible for errors that appear on an approved proof.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Orders may be modified or canceled only before production begins. Once production has started, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed and may not be possible. If cancellation is approved before production begins, any payment processing fees, design fees, or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted from your refund where permitted by law.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your memorial arrives damaged during shipping or contains a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by contacting our customer service team. Please include:

Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Upon review, we may, at our discretion, repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional cost. We may require the damaged product to be returned before a replacement is issued.

Shipping Damage

Incorrect Orders

We cannot issue refunds or replacements for errors resulting from customer-submitted information, including misspelled names, incorrect dates, incorrect inscriptions, or poor-quality photographs that were approved during the proofing process.

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
